All packaging materials and garbage are removed from your home or business. Our regular white glove service is for first floor deliveries. But we can also provide a personalize white glove quote for your specific requirements.

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual restocking fees and return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@luxwatchwinders.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be authorized within 15 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Customer would be responsable for shipping cost and restocking fees. Please contact us if you need to process a return. Items not returned in new condition or without original packaging and accessories are subject to additional restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and after the item have been received back at the warehouse and we have verify their are no damages.
