Buyer Beware, You are unable to contact company to make returns

I purchased product and was given the wrong tracking info. It showed product was delivered to another state. I tried to contact store and did not receive any response. Merchandise appeared two weeks later, much later than needed, so I requested a return authorization. At this point, I have called twice and sent 4 emails. The return authorization request was made within the specified time frame. Didn't matter, never received a return authorization to return the product. There is nothing wrong with the Wolf Caroline Jewelry Portfolio, the issue is with the merchant.
