All packaging materials and garbage are removed from your home or business. Our regular white glove service is for first floor deliveries. But we can also provide a personalize white glove quote for your specific requirements.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be authorized within 15 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Customer would be responsable for shipping cost and restocking fees. Please contact us if you need to process a return. Items not returned in new condition or without original packaging and accessories are subject to additional restocking fees.
